At Ebco Metal Finishing it is our commitment to provide customers with quality metal finishing and hot-dip galvanizing services at competitive prices. To achieve this, we maintain a highly skilled and efficient workforce, an in-house chemist and laboratory, and state-of-the-art facilities.

Experienced Staff

Ebco Metal Finishing has over 65 years of experience in metal finishing. Our completed projects range from large outdoor structures to very fine decorative coatings to close tolerance finishes for the high-tech industries. As a result, Ebco Metal Finishing understands the broad spectrum of metal fabrication and machining processes. We maintain our knowledge of the most current practices by regularly sending our staff to courses and seminars.

Production Capabilities

Our two plants totalling over 60,000 square feet are the largest facilities in Western Canada. This allows us to accommodate high volume production capacities and handle very large parts. Automatic hoists and barrel lines provide maximum efficiency and turn around speeds. Our galvanizing tanks accept parts up to 43 feet in length in a single dip (longer with double dip).

Quality

Ebco Metal Finishing is renowned for delivering high-quality metal finishing that meets highest requirements of industry standards. With a full-time, in-house chemist and a comprehensive laboratory, we rigorously monitor not only electroplating chemistry but also conduct necessary testing on electroplated workpieces, ensuring compliance with requested standards. Our Chemist and Laboratory

We are one of the few plating operations in the region with a full time, in-house chemist. This expertise and a complete laboratory allow us to strictly monitor quality and analyze plating chemistry. We offer salt spray testing to ASTM B117 for corrosion resistant applications. Quality control is integrated into every process to ensure that our finishes conform to CSA, ASTM and military standards and specifications where applicable.

Our plant is equipped with up-to-date pollution control systems and we invest in strategies which ensure effective waste management.
